Further Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators
Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally included in this latest document disclosure seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
